RV Sites are two night minimum for the VAHS and NICA Event Weekends.
$50 premium RV slots P1-P9 ($100 – Weekend)
$40 for back in RV slots 14-24 ($80 – Weekend)
Cabins (only two) $77 per night for 2 people – additional(s) are $20 –
– queen bed, bunk bed, porch, electric, mini fridge, coffee maker and fire pit. Water and bathrooms are around the bend.

We have 3 miles of new family friendly mountain bike trails on the property, a fishing lake for “KIDS”, and a super fun playground. We also own the great swimming hole down under the Iron Bridge on the North River that is cold, clean and refreshing. It is for property guests only. Day use swimming passes are available at the Stokesville Market – $5 for anyone not camping or paying the day use fee to recreate on the property.

There are two full service Bath Houses with inside and outdoor showers and pavilion bathrooms. Keep the bathroom doors closed and the lights off! You can drop your trash in a can at the pavilion or take it with you. Please don’t leave it at your site.

Policies -Leave your “golf carts” at home! Do not bring firewood. We have bundles for sale at check in for $7.  Dogs are allowed. Keep them on a leash and bring your papers for them in case there is an incident.
